Justine Heritage has a strong background in technical writing, with a focus on content creation and management. Justine began their career as a Teaching Assistant and Writing Tutor at Dickinson College, where they gained experience in critiquing and assisting students with their writing assignments. Justine then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, conducting benchmark analysis on a distributed-memory cluster.
In 2013, Justine joined Salesforce as a Technical Writing Intern, where they contributed to the documentation of various projects and collaborated with developers and product managers. Justine continued to work their way up within the company, holding positions such as Associate Technical Writer, Technical Writer, and Senior Technical Writer. In these roles, they were responsible for producing learning content for Salesforce's online learning platform, Trailhead, and worked on strategic projects to improve the publishing process and develop content strategy.
Currently, Justine is employed by Corelight as a Lead Technical Writer, where they lead a team and is responsible for creating technical documentation.
