Richard Podos

Richard Podos is the CEO and President of Lance Capital since 2004, which invests in various assets. Richard is also the President/Chairperson of Lance-Kamaka Capital Ltd and holds various leadership roles at CoreNet Global. Previously, Richard held executive positions at NetStruxr and RealtyIQ in the venture capital-backed commercial real estate platforms. Prior to that, Richard was a Senior Vice President at Equis Corporation and an Executive Director at Grubb and Ellis. Richard also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
