Tim oversees Coretelligent’s business operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight to the company’s client-facing support organizations. He leads and develops the teams that support our clients, including our field engineers and remote support engineers, and oversees the tools that these teams use to deliver services to our customers.
Tim joined Coretelligent after college, starting on the frontlines, where he honed his skills and customer-centric philosophy. He has held every client-facing service role at Coretelligent, helping build our best-in-class service organization.
His experience includes assisting Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing life sciences organizations and financial services firms with office relocation efforts, helping companies navigate compliance requirements and building scalable support models to responsibly grow services to meet customers’ needs.
When he is not serving our clients, Tim enjoys boating, golf, cycling ,and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
