Ricardo Pietroforte

Ricardo Pietroforte has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ricardo'smost recent position is as a Customer Success Senior Engagement Manager at Corevist, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Objective from March 2020 to June 2022. From October 2016 to September 2018, they served as the Senior Manager, Project Manager, and Head of SAP Commerce (Hybris) & C4C at Deloitte. Before that, Ricardo held multiple roles at Keyrus, including Manager - Head of SAP Commerce, Senior Project Manager, Pre-Sales, and Sales Engineer from January 2011 to July 2015, and Business Consultant, Solution Engineer, Software Developer, and Data Engineer from January 2002 to December 2010. Ricardo also worked at CMA Mercados as a Business Consultant, Software Engineer, and Software Developer from January 2000 to December 2002, and at Verano Engenharia de Sistemas as a Software Engineer and Software Developer from January 1994 to December 1994.

Ricardo Pietroforte completed their education in a chronological order. From 1992 to 1996, they attended the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP, where they earned an Associate's degree in Data Processing and Data Processing Technology/Technician. Following that, from 2003 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Economics from two institutions: the School of Economics, Business, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, and also from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

In addition to their formal education, Ricardo Pietroforte has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they became a SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commerce Cloud Business User, certified by SAP. In October 2019, they received the Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification from LinkedIn. Lastly, in August 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
