Florent-Valéry Coen

Florent-Valéry Coen is a Microfabrication Engineer at Corintis since February 2023, focusing on developing sustainable computing solutions. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Scientist and Doctoral Student at EPFL from July 2017 to January 2023, where work involved designing stretchable neural interfaces. A Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2016, Florent-Valéry contributed to the design and fabrication of a digital microfluidic chip for cancer cell analysis. Early experience includes an Electrical Engineering Internship at Swie, supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives, and a Teaching Assistant role at EPFL. Florent-Valéry holds a Master of Science in Microengineering from EPFL and a Bachelor of Science in Microengineering from the same institution, complemented by an Erasmus exchange year at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
