Barbara Windschiegl

Barbara Windschiegl is an experienced scientific professional with a background in biophysics and chemistry. Currently serving as a Scientific Reviewer at Coriolis Pharma since September 2021, Barbara previously held the position of Manager Bioprocess Science at Boehringer Ingelheim from June 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included technical leadership in formulation and lyophilization of vaccines, project management, and analytics. Prior roles include Scientist R&D at Nanospot GmbH, focusing on product development of the nanoFAST chip technology, and a Postdoc at DTU Nanotech, working on nanomedicine and drug delivery systems. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biophysics from The University of Göttingen and a Diploma in Chemistry from the University of Regensburg.
