Mary Santo

Mary Santo has extensive work experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Mary currently serves as the Director of Engineering Operations at Corista, where they oversee the operations of the engineering team. Prior to this role, they were the Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Corista as well.

Before joining Corista, Mary worked at Glytec as the QA Technical Manager, where they were responsible for managing the technical aspects of quality assurance. Mary also briefly served as the Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Glytec.

Mary's earlier experience includes working at HCL Technologies: Products & Platforms Division as an Advisory Software Engineer. In this role, they developed a Python test framework, led a team of software engineers, and utilized Agile methodologies to coordinate software development.

Mary also worked at IBM for a significant period of time, where they held various roles. Mary served as an Advisory Software Engineer in the IBM Security Division and was responsible for leading a team of engineers, negotiating testing responsibilities with product teams, and reporting key project metrics to management. Mary also held positions as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Quality Engineer, and Software Engineer at IBM.

Additionally, Mary worked at Lotus Development as a Software Quality Engineer and later as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. In these roles, they collaborated with design and development teams, created test plans, and wrote automation scripts for regression testing.

Mary Santo attended Westfield State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 1988, they also briefly attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks, although the degree obtained and the field of study pursued during this time are unknown.
