Clarence Clipper

Clarence Clipper is an experienced professional in the field of district energy and facility services, currently serving as the Director of District Energy Development for Corix since November 2024. Prior to this role, Clarence held the position of Facility Services Director at UMC and General Manager at CenTrio Energy and Enwave Energy Corporation, managing operations for District Energy businesses in the Seattle and Portland markets. Clarence's extensive background also includes a significant tenure at Unico Properties LLC, where responsibilities included leading Engineering Departments across multiple states, setting departmental goals, and serving as the liaison to corporate executives. Earlier experience includes roles at Hines as a Building Engineer and service in the US Navy as an Electrician. Clarence holds a Business Certificate from the UW Foster School of Business and further completed various technical education programs.
