Carlos Antolin Ramalho is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic oversight across various financial institutions. Currently serving as President of the Supervisory Board for Banco Invest S.A., ARIF, and Bicredit, as well as an Executive Board Member at Hefesto STC and Advisor to the Board of Directors at CORKBRICK EUROPE, Ramalho brings a wealth of expertise in corporate governance, financial analysis, and operational strategy. Previously, Ramalho held senior positions at Banco Santander Totta and Santander Global Corporate Banking, as well as serving as CEO of Standard Bank Moçambique. Educationally, Ramalho has a strong foundation with an MBA in International Management and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Governance, complemented by various programs focused on non-executive directorship and advanced management.
