Caitlin Shelby

Caitlin Shelby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin began their career in 2007 at THE PRIMROSE SHOP INC., where they worked in retail and customer relations for almost a decade. In 2009, they joined COOKIE COUSINS, LLC as a pastry decorator and retail manager, staying with the company until 2012. During this time, they also worked as an office manager and patient relations personnel at Semegon Chiropractic Health from 2012 to 2013. In 2011, Caitlin worked as a pastry chef and department manager at Casa Monica Resort & Spa. Most recently, they served as a trade show manager and office manager at Corkcicle since 2016.

Caitlin Shelby obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Later on, Caitlin also pursued studies in Baking and Pastry Management, although the specific timeframe and completion of this program at Valencia College are unknown.
