Holley King MRICS has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. They are currently serving as the Head of the Design Group at CORMAC, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to joining CORMAC, Holley worked as the Strategic Transport Programme Coordinator at Plymouth City Council from April 2021 to April 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Holley worked at Mace, starting as a Cost Consultant in June 2016 and later assuming the role of Senior Cost Consultant from July 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Mace, Holley was a Quantity Surveyor at Currie & Brown from January 2015 to June 2016.

Holley began their professional career with Aquenta Consulting Pty Ltd in 2008, where they held various roles as a Consultant and Quantity Surveyor. These roles included working as a Quantity Surveyor from June 2008 to October 2010, returning as a Quantity Surveyor from October 2010 to January 2015, and briefly serving as a Consultant from September 2014 to January 2015.

Holley King MRICS attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a degree in BUrbDev (Bachelor of Urban Development) with a specialization in Quantity Surveying. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at The University of Queensland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant.
