Jennelyn Adona has extensive experience in business conduct compliance, consulting, and compliance management within the financial services industry. Jennelyn began their career as the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Griffiths McBurney Corp. in 2001, where they served until 2016. During this time, they also held the role of Director of Compliance at GMP Securities. In 2016, Jennelyn joined Comarm Solutions Inc. as a Senior Consultant, providing expert advice and support in compliance and financial regulation for investment dealers. Jennelyn was later appointed as Director of Business Conduct Compliance at Cormark Securities in 2018.

Jennelyn Adona obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, completing their education from 2000 to 2004. Jennelyn also attended a French Immersion Summer Program at Université de Montréal in 2001 to improve their basic level French skills.
