Meagan Tener

Talent Manager at Corna Kokosing

Meagan Tener has over fifteen years of experience in the talent development field. Meagan began their career as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japanese Exchange Teaching Program, where they taught English to Japanese students. After returning to the United States, they worked as a Senior Development Specialist for Kokosing Inc. for eleven years. In this role, they were responsible for planning, conducting, and administering programs that educate team members and improve their skills and knowledge. Meagan also collaborated with the Education Manager, HR VP, and Management Team on the selection, implementation, and launch of a learning management system. In addition to their programmatic responsibilities, Meagan also performed administrative duties for leadership programs, including logistics, participant materials, and participant reservations.

In July 2017, Meagan left Kokosing Inc. to take on the role of Talent Manager at Corna Kokosing, a Kokosing Inc. company. In their current role, Meagan is responsible for leading the talent management initiatives for Corna Kokosing. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Meagan is also responsible for creating and managing a succession planning program for Corna Kokosing.

Meagan Tener has a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The University of Toledo.

Meagan Tener works with Mike Girouard - Director of Preconstruction, T.J. Baggett - General Superintendent, and Jim Valentas - Project Executive. Their manager is Lori Gillett, CEO.
