Victoria Parikian

Victoria Parikian is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and previously as a Technical Recruiter at Wealthsimple since May 2021, Victoria is dedicated to facilitating financial freedom through innovative financial products. Prior to Wealthsimple, Victoria was the Talent Acquisition Manager at HiMama, where contributions included building the talent acquisition function from the ground up and overseeing significant company growth. Victoria's recruitment journey began at HiMama as a Brand Ambassador and Office Coordinator, where responsibilities expanded to encompass company culture initiatives, onboarding programs, and social media coordination. Additional experience includes roles as a Brand Ambassador at NEWAD and a Health Records Clerk at Women's College Hospital, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto.
