David Zhigang Wang

DFT Manager at Cornami

David Zhigang Wang has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2000, they began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky. In 2001, they were a Visiting Scholar at Michigan State University's Advanced MicroSystems and Circuits (AMSaC) group. In 2002, they became an Electronics Engineer/Technical Staff at the Santa Cruz Institute for Particle Physics (SCIPP). In 2004, they were a Senior DFT R&D Engineer at SynTest Technologies, Inc. In 2007, they became a DFT Hardware Engineer at Cisco. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Staff DFT Engineer and DFT Consultant at Marvell Semiconductor and IDT, respectively. During this time, they were the DFT tech lead for GPS/Wireless/Zigbee ASICs and was responsible for all DFT features for ultra low power chips. In 2013, they became a Principal Engineer - IC Design at Broadcom. In 2019, they became a DFT Manager at Cornami, Inc. where they were responsible for SoC/ASIC integration and was the DFT team leader/architect. In 2020, they became a DFT technical manager at TSMC North America.

David Zhigang Wang received their Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2001. Prior to this, they attended Beihang University, and before that, they received their BS in Microelectronics from Hefei University of Technology.
