Dylan Anderson

OEM Program Manager at Cornelis Networks

Dylan Anderson has over a decade of IT experience, with a focus on Linux systems administration. Dylan started their career at Satellite Tracking of People, LLC in 2008, where they administered over 150 multi-distro physical and virtual Linux servers and evaluated and deployed security software. In 2012, they moved on to Applied Security, Inc. as a Network Engineer, where they engineered, deployed, and managed Linux servers.

In 2014, Anderson started working at Penguin Computing as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they reduced RMA costs by properly diagnosing and recovering reported failures, and eventually became a Managed Services Engineer providing dedicated, remote, Linux systems administration for complex, integrated environments involving high-performance computing, cloud, and AI enterprise systems. Dylan also worked as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects from inception to delivery by following defined project management practices.

At Cornelis Networks, Anderson is currently serving as an OEM Program Manager, a position they assumed in 2023.

Dylan Anderson has attended Northern Virginia Community College and completed additional training coursework with RedHat. Dylan has obtained several certifications, including Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, Cumulus Linux Boot Camp from Cumulus Networks, Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA) from The Linux Foundation, Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Platform from Red Hat, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Comptia Security + from Comptia. These certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2023.
