Joyce Hsu

Joyce Hsu is an experienced professional with a strong background in board governance and investment management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Lorom Cable & System Design and Innovent Biologics, and as a Partner at Cornell Capital LLC since June 2016. Previously held board positions at ACEA Biosciences, Corelle Brands, and Mindray, where also acted as Chief Financial Officer. Joyce's early career included key roles at Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC as Executive Director in the Principal Investment Area and as a Financial Analyst in Equity Capital Markets, along with experience at Zoyi Capital and VANON Capital Partners. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and has pursued further education at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
