Ella Sperling

Ella Sperling currently serves as A&R Co-Director at Electric Buffalo Records since September 2023, while also holding an A&R Intern position at Mind of a Genius Music Group starting in September 2024. Active as a Grammy U Member in the New York Chapter with The Recording Academy since August 2024, Ella contributes to music journalism as a Multimedia Staff Journalist for Cornell Daily Sun since March 2023. Prior experience includes internships in strategic communications and television production at KC Social Impact Lab and WETA, respectively. Additionally, Ella has interned in visitor services at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art and served as a council member at the National Portrait Gallery from 2019 to 2021. Ella is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art with minors in Business and Film at Cornell University, expected to graduate in 2025, after completing secondary education at Winston Churchill High School from 2017 to 2021.
