Taja Grayson

Taja Grayson is a dedicated Global Development Analyst with a focus on climate and nature, currently employed at Palladium since March 2024. Taja brings valuable consulting experience from Cornell Social Business Consulting, where responsibilities included developing a product tool for Sweetgreen and establishing a partnership strategy for Reformation. Previous roles at Fairstead and Health Access Connect involved tackling affordable housing development and enhancing donor engagement for an NGO in Uganda, respectively. Taja's background also includes legal support as a paralegal assistant, hosting positions in the restaurant industry, and contributing to educational research on family literacy. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Policy Analysis at Cornell University, Taja continues to expand academic horizons through studies at Universidad de Granada.
