Douglas Bloom is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in cybersecurity and privacy law. As the Managing Director and Co-Head of Cybersecurity and Privacy Law at Morgan Stanley since December 2018, Douglas leads critical initiatives in this field. Additionally, Douglas serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both Cornell University and Fordham University, where responsibilities include co-teaching courses focused on privacy law and cyber crimes.
