Previously, Erica worked at the Rochester Institute of Technology as an Academic Advisor and as an International Student Advisor, aiding over 2,500 international students with non-immigrant regulations and application processes. Additional experience includes advising roles at The University of Texas at Dallas and Dallas College, where Erica supported hundreds of undergraduate students' academic and professional development. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from The Ohio State University.
