Jim Dutcher

Jim Dutcher is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, including CIO, Chief AI Officer, and Cybersecurity Officer, currently serving at eCIO since April 2021. Dutcher has a strong background in IT strategic planning, project management, and cybersecurity across multiple sectors, including healthcare and government. Previous positions include Director of Information Technology at Impact Communication Partners, Inc., and CIO for Broome County Government, where management of significant IT portfolios and infrastructure was a key responsibility. With additional roles in academia as an online course instructor at Cornell University and a strong foundation in project management and cybersecurity certifications, Dutcher is well-equipped to drive IT initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
