Joseph W. McFadden serves as an Associate Professor of Dairy Cattle Biology at Cornell University since July 2017, previously holding the position of Assistant Professor of Dairy Cattle Biology and Faculty Fellow at the Northeast Agribusiness and Feed Alliance. Prior to this role, McFadden was an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Director of the WVU Metabolomics Core at West Virginia University from August 2012 to June 2017. Additionally, McFadden contributed as a Visiting Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow in the Center for Metabolism and Obesity Research at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from July 2009 to July 2015. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech, alongside a Master's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor's degree with Distinction from Cornell University, and an Associate of Science from SUNY Adirondack.
