Juan Carlos Ramos currently serves as the On-Farm Research Coordinator for the Nutrient Management Spear Program at Cornell University since June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from January 2020 to May 2022 and as a Land and Nutrient Management Technician at Smithfield Foods from May 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Juan Carlos volunteered at Fundación Tierra Nuestra in early 2018 and interned at the Smith Center for International Agriculture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in early 2017.
