Sam Otto

Sam Otto is a dedicated professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Course Assistant at Cornell University for various restaurant management courses since September 2022. Sam has gained hands-on experience through internships, including an Asset Management and Advisor Intern position at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement in summer 2024, and an Operations Intern role at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where significant improvements were made to operational procedures and occupancy rates. Additionally, Sam’s extensive culinary background includes serving as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Ezra Cornell, leading large teams for event management, and owning a catering business, Sam's Catering. Sam is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management at Cornell University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2025.
