Javier Duarte

Javier Duarte is an experienced consultant and educator specializing in organizational training and development. Since September 2004, Javier has served as a Consultor - Formador Empresarial at Duarte - Desarrollo de Talento, where responsibilities include designing consulting projects and delivering training programs in management, team leadership, and skill development. Additionally, since September 2008, Javier has held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Alicante, teaching courses in Work Psychology for students in Labor Relations and Human Resources. Javier's prior experience includes roles as a Selection and Training Manager at Grupo Mora and a Selection Technician at the Fundación Servicio Valenciano de Empleo.
