Shaun Gendrue

Shaun Gendrue is an experienced academic and career advisor currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student and Career Development at Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology since July 2018, with a focus on pre-health students. Gendrue has a robust military background with the New York Army National Guard, where roles included Senior Program Manager, Company Commander, and Human Resources Officer, overseeing personnel management for hundreds of military personnel. Additional experience includes graduate internships in veteran services and financial aid, as well as positions in higher education admissions and academic advising. Gendrue holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grove City College.
