Richard Tonetta

Richard Tonetta is an experienced consultant currently advising on federal and non-federal projects at Corner Alliance since August 2021. Prior to this role, Richard was a Program Manager at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, overseeing financial transactions, budgets, and grant management. Richard also served as a Grants Coordinator, supervising a team and evaluating performance in the Public Assistance Program. Additional experience includes positions as Deputy Court Administrator for the City of Vineland, where case backlog was significantly reduced, and as a Field Operations Specialist at Adecco. Richard has a background in legislative assistance with the New Jersey General Assembly and database management for AFR Mortgage. Richard holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hofstra University.
