Taralee Trammell

Taralee Trammell is a skilled professional in the field of therapeutic recreation and behavioral health, currently serving as Co-Owner at Owl since 2017, where the focus is on providing data and insights for efficient patient treatment in behavioral health organizations. As the Owner of A Balanced Life, LLC since February 2009, Taralee conducts workshops on various topics, including yoga, self-esteem, and mental health recovery, alongside promoting the book "A Balanced Life with Addiction." Previous experience includes working as a Recreation Therapist at Primary Children's Hospital and Highland Ridge Hospital, specializing in supporting troubled youth with substance abuse and psychiatric issues. Taralee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Utah State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
