Candice Weihong Lu

Candice Weihong Lu, MBA, is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in restaurant build-out and management. Currently, Candice serves as a Construction Project Manager at Corner Table Restaurants since February 2017, overseeing significant projects including The Smith Chicago and supporting the Director of Construction. Prior experience includes managing the development of two restaurants for Uncle Sam's Burgers & Bowls, where Candice acted as the primary site contact and managed project documentation. Additionally, experience as a Sales Manager at Stone Expo & Cabinetry LLC involved expanding sales volumes and managing customer relationships. Early career roles included supporting project management at China Central Television and working as a Marketing Coordinator at 新京报. Candice holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Product Design from Anhui University of Technology.
