Natascha Carels has worked in various roles since 2012. Natascha began their career as an Assistance Manager at AKWA Guesthouse, where they were responsible for managing check-in/out, updating reservation systems, and managing reservations. In 2016, they moved to CCA International as a Customer Service Agent. Most recently, in 2018, they joined CornerJob as a Content Moderator and Customer Success.

Natascha Carels has a diverse educational background. Natascha obtained a Baccalauréat STAV in Sciences et technologies de l'agronomie et du vivant from Lycée agricole et viticole de Crézancy between 2006 and 2009. In 2019, they completed a Postgrado in SEO y Social Media para comunicadores at UPF Barcelona School of Management, as well as a Cours universitaire in Inbound Marketing at Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Additionally, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in November 2019.
