Victoria Philippova is currently working at PROTALENT Lab as a Partner, PCC ICF coach and Partner in Executive search and career consulting since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cornerstone Russia as the Head of Practice starting from 2002.

Victoria Philippova, ICF PCC, has a Master's degree in Economics and Sociology from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Victoria also pursued further studies in Economics at the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2014, they enrolled at Erickson Coaching International, where they obtained a PCC ICF Coach certification specifically in the field of Career and Executive Coaching.
