Irina Gorbulskaya began their work experience in 2012 as a Public Relations Specialist at Парламентская газета. In this role, they were responsible for managing special projects, PR and GR communications, media monitoring and analysis, organizing press events, and developing comprehensive communication campaigns. Irina also worked extensively with federal government bodies and territorial administrations. Additionally, they developed and managed a project called #живойзакон.
In 2021, Irina joined VComms as the CIS creative director. Irina is currently working in this role.
In the same year, Irina also became the Director of Public Relations at Cornerstone Russia. Irina is currently serving in this position as well.
Irina Gorbulskaya's education history includes three main periods of study. From 2016 to 2020, they attended Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Before that, from 2007 to 2013, they pursued a Specialist degree in Informatics at an unknown institution or university. Additionally, during the same years, they also attended Moscow State Regional University, formerly known as Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya, and obtained a Specialist degree from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, specializing in Informatics and Computer Science.
