Courtney Poja is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in advancement and fundraising. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement at Cornerstone Advocacy Service since June 2015, Courtney leads a team responsible for communications and fundraising initiatives, achieving a remarkable 93% increase in major donors. Prior to this role, Courtney was an Associate Development Officer at the University of Minnesota Law School and held various development positions at Cornerstone Advocacy Service, including Development Coordinator and Development Associate, where significant contributions were made to donor relations and major gifts programming. Courtney holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. with Honors in Sociology and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
