Sam Fowles

Sam Fowles is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in academia and public service. Currently serving as Director at the Institute for Constitutional and Democratic Research and as a Lecturer at St Edmund Hall, Sam also holds the position of Counsel to the APPG on Democracy and the Constitution at the House of Commons.
