Nicolas Cindric

Nicolas Cindric has a successful track record as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and angel investor. His experience provides the distinct perspective necessary to assist lower middle market companies in achieving their business value and exit goals.

In his previous role as CEO of PharmaSeek, he led the acquisition of three companies, three divestitures, and the launch of four start-ups. In 2015, Cornerstone Business Services represented PharmaSeek with the divestiture of one of its divisions. In 2019, Nicolas negotiated the sale of PhamaSeek to WCG Clinical. As part of that sale, he facilitated the post-merger integration, successfully retaining 100% of key customers with almost no loss in staff and no downturn in revenue.

He is a serial entrepreneur and business advisor with a track record of coming up with innovative solutions to complex problems. He has direct experience in healthcare, financial services, consumer products, management consulting, and hospitality industries.

Prior to joining PharmaSeek, Nicolas co-founded Swallow Solutions, a medical device company focused on the treatment of swallowing disorders known as dysphagia. Early in his career, he served as a new products manager for Kraft Foods and later as a practice leader for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin.
