Ionel Chila

Ionel Chila, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, currently serves as the SVP and Chief Information Security Officer at Cornerstone Capital Bank since October 2022, after holding the position of Vice President of IT Security and Compliance at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. from May 2022 to October 2022. With extensive experience in information security spanning over two decades, Ionel has also contributed as API IT Security Committee Member and Conference Chair at the American Petroleum Institute from January 1998 to June 2022, and served in senior roles at Transocean, Chevron, Unocal Corp, and Schlumberger, focusing on information risk management and compliance.
