Jamie Allen

Jamie is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cornerstone with more than 22 years of experience in human resources. Jamie has overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of all human resources; labor relations; employee health and welfare; organizational development; and training, health and wellness systems, policies, programs and practices at Cornerstone. She leads the strategic human resources planning to provide the organization with the best talent available and to position the organization for meeting strategic business growth and expansion plans.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jamie worked for Shell Oil and Motiva Enterprises in various human resources leadership roles.

Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in human resource management with a minor in psychology from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification shortly after graduating LSU.
