Ross Goyer

Ross oversees brokerage operations at Cornerstone, and his role in business development has made him a major player in the company’s recent growth. He loves getting to participate in the onboarding process for new tenants, which includes everything from market surveys and research to details of the lease.

Ross’ diverse background allows him to help a wide variety of healthcare providers find the right real estate solution. The time he spent as a property manager taught him about building operations, expenses and how all the systems fit together. His work experience on the development side helped him understand financial models and tenant improvement yield. Ross’ main goal is to craft a deal that makes sense for each new client, specific to their needs—whether that’s a geriatric clinic, psychiatric hospital, addiction treatment group, primary care physician or dentist. Ross graduated from Purdue University. Outside of work, Ross and his wife can be found supporting their four daughters at soccer games, volleyball games and dance performances; but he’s also an outdoors kind of guy and an all-around tinkerer. Ross has been working on engines since he could walk, and he can fix just about anything.
