Margaret S. has over a decade of experience in various companies, starting in STG Inc. as a Management Analyst in 2009. Margaret then moved on to work for Career Match Solutions as a Management Consultant in 2010. In 2011, they joined eLambda Technology as a Consultant/Manager and worked until 2012, followed by a brief stint as a Sr. Consultant for Korn/Ferry International: SENSA Solutions. Margaret then worked as an Operations Planner in HP for a few months in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Engagement Lead and later as a Regional Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard. In 2016, they joined Jacobs as a Sr. IT Project Manager and later managed Service Management Office & Video Quality Assurance Manager + Desktop O&M Manager roles until 2019. Margaret then joined Leidos as a Strategic Initiatives Lead in May 2019 and managed programs and initiatives until early 2021. Currently, they work as a Program Manager for Cornerstone Defense starting from June 2021.

Margaret S. received their associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1988 from ITT Technical Institute-Sacramento. In 1996, they obtained a BSCS in Computer Science from Strayer University. Margaret completed their education with a Master of Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including a Project Management Professional PMP, Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundations v3, and several Scrum certifications.
