Kallar Mccown

Kallar Mccown is currently the VP of Branch Operations at Cornerstone Financial Credit Union. Prior to this, they were with Triumph Bank as a Mortgage Loan Originator from January 2020 to December 2020. From July 2015 to December 2020, they were with Orion Federal Credit Union as the Director of Retail. In this role, they led the Retail Division consisting of 11 Locations in Memphis, Tn. & Little Rock, Arkansas. Kallar conducted Staffing/Hiring of Retail Department consisting of 24 managers and 74 associates. Kallar also led the Contact Center managing 26,000 calls per month. Kallar has also been responsible for Small Business Product Sales & Development, assisting in asset growth with membership of 72,000 from $600M – $936M. Kallar has also led and administrated collaboration initiatives between departments to increase continuality.

Kallar Mccown achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Project Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
