Leading Meaningful Coaching, Tina specializes in executive coaching, leadership facilitation, and instructional design to enhance individual and organizational outcomes. Tina also serves as an executive coach for Cornerstone International Group, Ashridge Executive Education, and the University of California, Berkeley, providing coaching to senior leaders and MBA students. As a member of the Center for Human Capital Innovation, Tina contributes to the effectiveness of government operations through Human Capital transformations. Recognized as an ICF Certified Coach at the MCC level, Tina utilizes various methodologies, including Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), in coaching and training initiatives. With a background in wellness training for Aetna and as a former SDI Trainer at Personal Strengths Publishing, Tina continues to foster impactful communication and development through diverse programs and workshops.
