Elaine MacAslan is a highly experienced Research Engineer at Cornerstone Research Group, Inc., where responsibilities include serving as Principal Investigator for key DoD R&D projects and leading a multidisciplinary team in state-of-the-art research. Previous experience includes a role as a Biomedical Engineer at Ken Block Consulting, where tasks involved FDA medical device system engineering, ensuring compliance, and conducting successful FDA submissions. Elaine has a strong foundation in biomedical engineering research, having worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center on ion channel studies and medical imaging systems. Education includes a Master's in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UT Southwestern, alongside a Bachelor's in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
