Eric Rombokas

Eric Rombokas is a Research Engineer at Cornerstone Research Group since March 2023, focusing on machine learning and AI applications for wearable sensor data and control systems for aircraft. Rombokas serves as an Affiliate Associate Professor at both the University of Washington's Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering, contributing to research in machine learning, robotics, neuroscience, and wearables. Prior experience includes a Technical Consultant role at Aubin Consulting, where development of the EXOSENSE system for enhancing soldiers’ physical capabilities is underway. Additionally, as a Research Health Scientist at the VA Center for Limbs and Mobility, Rombokas contributed to advancements in prosthetics and mobility technology. Rombokas's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
