Samid Hussain heads the consumer fraud and product liability practice at Cornerstone Research. He specializes in analyzing economic, marketing, and statistical (econometrics) issues in competition, consumer fraud, product liability, antitrust, healthcare, breach of contract, and intellectual property matters. Dr. Hussain consults on economic issues related to class actions, including liability, class certification, and damages. He has also conducted and applied survey analyses in complex market settings. Dr. Hussain has experience in a variety of industries, including automobiles, high technology, oil and gas, airlines, genetically modified crops, herbicides, and telecommunications. He has taught courses as a visiting lecturer at Stanford University and instructor at Cornell University.
