Gabriel Rodriguez has extensive experience in technology leadership within the financial sector, currently serving as SVP of Technology and VPII of Software Engineering at LPL Financial from September 2023 to May 2025. Previously, Gabriel held the position of Director, Head of U.S. Intermediary Technology Architecture and Solutions at Vanguard from August 2017 to September 2023 and served as Vice President of Investment Research Systems at Wellington Management from January 2011 to January 2017. Earlier roles include Software Engineer for Investment Systems at Bain Capital and Principal Software Engineer at a Stealth FinTech Startup.
