Lydia Swanson

Lydia Swanson has a strong background in executive search and business development within the life sciences industry. Lydia worked as the Director of Business Development at Cornerstone Search Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at LifeSci Search, where they served as the Director of Strategic Content from 2022 to 2023 and as the Head of Research from 2020 to 2022. Before joining LifeSci Search, Lydia worked at DHR International, first as an Associate in the Global Life Science Practice from 2016 to 2020, and then as a Senior Associate focused on the Life Science industry from 2018 to 2020. Throughout their career, they have gained experience working with various companies in sectors such as medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Lydia Swanson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Cornell College.
