Matt Frost

Matt Frost is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data applications development and geospatial technology. Currently serving as a Strategic Data Applications Developer at Cornerstone Systems Northwest, Inc. since April 2022, Matt previously led an Agile software development team at General Dynamics Information Technology, where responsibilities included building and maintaining data systems for analyzing chemistry data for EPA scientists. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. Earlier roles include Project Manager for Geographic Information Systems at Marshall Miller & Associates and contributions to GIS applications at VDOT and Probe, Inc.
