Aditi Medhekar

Aditi Medhekar currently serves as the Director of Talent/HR for the Asia Pacific & Japan region at Cornerstone OnDemand, a position held since April 2013. Prior to this role, Aditi was an Assistant Vice President in Corporate HR at Nomura Services, India, from November 2009 to February 2013 and also worked as Manager of Global Talent within the same company from November 2009 to August 2011. Aditi's career in HR began at Caliber Point, a BPO subsidiary of Hexaware Technologies Ltd., where the title held was Senior Manager and Head of HR from January 2004 to May 2009. Aditi's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2002 and 2004, as well as education at St. Thomas Central School and Willoughby Girls High School.
