Alice Harkin

Alice Harkin is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and strategic account management. Currently serving as a Client Executive for Strategic Accounts at Cornerstone OnDemand since May 2020, Alice previously held various leadership positions at Saba Software, including Vice President of Customer Success, where the focus was on customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship management. Earlier roles include Director of Client Service at Resources Global Professionals and Director of Customer Loyalty at Oracle. With extensive expertise in customer marketing and human resources systems, Alice has cultivated a diverse skill set in managing customer relationships and driving product adoption throughout a career spanning over three decades. Alice earned a Master’s degree in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iona University.
